All Just Corseca products are covered under performance warranty against any defects from the date of original purchase. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Just Corseca will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product. Just Corseca provides no warranty for the products malfunctioning due to third-party software license or otherwise installed by the customer.
Just Corseca products carry a specific period of warranty for each product (please visit the “specification” of respective product page). This warranty entitles the purchaser to get the product repaired or replaced under the following conditions –
During the warranty period Just Corseca will at no additional charge, replace defective parts or products with new parts or serviceable parts or products that are equivalent to new parts or products in performance.
The Company’s obligation under this “Limited Warranty” shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of product/part(s), which are found to be defective during the given time period of warranty. No refund will be given for under warranty.
Once payment is confirmed any cancellation or refund of order is not accepted.
Any payment related query while placing the order, The refund will be made into the source payment of the customer and can take up to 3-5 working days.
In case of change of mind of a customer refund will not be accepted or the customer has to bear a handling charge of 399/-.
In no event, Just Corseca shall be responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind.
In the event of any service availed from Just Corseca on chargeable basis or for out of warranty product, the charges for the same have to be paid at the Just Corseca in advance. Please contact customer care for repair cost.
To obtain warranty service, Just Corseca will require the original proof of purchase. Repair may take 10-12 working days to be delivered.
The warranty does not cover:
Any physical damage, liquid damage and accessories.
Damages, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: –
o Repair or attempted repair by any one not authorized by Just Corseca
o The serial numbers or warranty seal or batch no of the product being removed or defaced in case it is there.
o Use of the product within an improper or inappropriate operating environment
o Damage to or loss of any programs, data or removable storage media.
o Normal wears and tears
o Failure of owner to perform periodic product maintenance as stated in the User Guide / Quick Start Guide
o Accessories external to the system
o Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.

Not to worry, a simplified process will help you to get your product returned that meets the described conditions:
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
Damaged / Dead item(s) received (Has to be reported within 24hrs of delivery).
Item is missing parts or accessories
Item received is different from what was ordered.
Once payment is confirmed cancellation of order is not allowed.
No return in case of change of mind or cancellation of order after shipping.
In case a customer rejects a delivery for the shipment, extra Rs. 399/- will be deducted.

Products purchased from us are eligible under two conditions that if the product(s) received is/are defective or does not work properly.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the returned item if the item(s) is/are not according to the policy mentioned.
If you wish to return a product(s) that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Damson shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
Please notify us within the given timeline of 7 days from the date of delivery of the product for a speedy return/replacement process. If you are unable to get in touch with us, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.
If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under the warranty coverage, we will arrange a reverse pick up and one of our shipping partners will be scheduled to pick up the product to be returned.
Returned product(s) is/are to be shipped in the original packing.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase attached with the returned product(s). Our executives may ask you to share images or video of the products for rectification and verification purpose.

Properly package the item, all of its tags, bags, and manuals. Please be sure not to write on or damage the Manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item un-returnable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case of replacement, it may take up to 7-9 working days for replacement.

Once we receive your package, we will inspect your returned items to ensure they meet the above guidelines. If the item and packaging are in resalable condition, we will process exchange or repair according to the company policy.
Please notify Damson within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process. If you are unable to get in touch with Damson, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.
In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the return/replacement request.
We will not be able to accept any returns after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Order once confirmed will not be cancelled and in case the customer refuses for the delivery the damage will not be undertaken by the brand.
All the products claimed under returned goods after 7 days from the date of delivery will be considered under Warranty period in case of any non-working, factory damaged, dead-on arrival or for any other product related technical or non-technical issues.
Refunds or return of the product is not possible any issue with the product will be resolved under warranty or replacement policy
Refunds on products under some categories are not covered. However, we do provide a replacement in case of any factory defect on case-to-case basis. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken or used.
All the products including all its accessories delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
